So at first I didn't think they were working because I would just lay there and eventually fall asleep. I was thinking well hello that's what I do anyway right? So I thought I would give it another few nights and see what happens. I noticed something... It wasn't taking me as long to fall asleep, and not only that but I was waking up easier feeling more alert. It's not that the pills weren't working, but that you gently fall asleep. You don't get that drugged up groggy hard crash feeling. It's such a smooth transition into sleep that you don't even notice it really, but you get such a deeper sleep that you wake up feeling GREAT! The only downside is the pills themselves stink, but that's just my personal opinion.
