The Killing Rituals

*Amazon Info
With gripping suspense and riveting action “The Killing Rituals” is an intense political thriller that sets the covert war against international terrorism – and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict - in a context of the super-powers’ cold-war struggle for dominance.
The lives of an African American CIA agent and her MOSSAD partner get tangled as they track a deadly terrorist group in a race against time.
Written by a former Secret Service agent the story spans between New York, Moscow, London, Rome and Lebanon to provide a highly realistic canvas of Special Forces operations, the intricate world of espionage, and the politics that drive both.
For fans of Tom Clancy, John Le Carre, Josef Finder and Robert Ludlum this action- packed thriller is a fast page-turner

So I had a hard time getting into this book. In my opinion is was very slow, which caused me to lose focus and I found my self very easily distracted with this one. It's written by an ex secret service agent so it is like it states a political thriller and it goes into the war when Russia was falling apart. I'm normally all about thrillers where you're not really sure if the good guys are good and the bad guys are bad, but this one just seems to start to be good and get me hooked and then it would die out and I would find myself getting distracted again. It could be that I didn't enjoy this book as much because I did keep putting it down and when I would pick it back up I'd have to try and remember the characters and where I was at.

If you're really into the political, and spy game type book I would recommend this to you, and hopefully you get hooked a lot more then I did because the book itself is wrote very well. Just not a good match for me personally.
