So I decided to give these a try honestly not really expecting anything to happen. I don't know if I would say that it helps my memory so much as it did allow me to feel more awake and alert so I was able to focus more. Which in turn does help you concentrate and by default I guess remember more. These are a slightly bigger pill compared to most; however, they are soft and easy to swallow. They don't really have a scent to them, but they do have a different taste. It's almost like a slightly mint after taste. It's just different not bad or good just different.
