So you're supposed to put this in your nose, and its supposed to stop your snoring. When I first got this I ended up getting sick and my nose was so stuffed up that when I even attempted to try this I couldn't breath out my nose at all. After I got better I tried it again, and I'm honestly not sure if it helped or not because I never woke up with it still in. I'm not sure if it fell out, or if I took it out in my sleep. I'm going to keep trying a few more weeks to see if I get used to it and actually have it stay in all night. I'll do an update in a few weeks :)
