I will admit that I'm having a hard time writing this review. I've been taking these for about 3 weeks, and I have seen some difference in my skin where it doesn't seem to be as dry, but I've also been drinking more water and less soda. So since that is really the only change I've noticed it is really hard for me to say if it is because of the increase in water, or adding this supplement. I think I'm going to stop taking this for a while and see if there is a change in my skin after a few weeks.
