I'm so GLAD these came as a 2 pack instead of just 1. I think its great for when you have 2 pans going baking cookies for example, but also so you can use both of them at the same time to cover some bigger pans. I tested these baking sheets out by making pizzas as seen in the attached picture. I'm pleased to say that the cheese came right off without pre-spraying it any sort of grease.
