I have to say that I'm 5'5" married to a guy that is 6'6" so I LOVE this thing. He is always putting things higher then what I can reach so this does come in handy for me. The only thing I didn't like was that the grabber and the handle were both angled the same way. So to grab a can or a cup off the shelf I had to twist my hand sideways, which for me isn't my strongest grip. Now my son actually opened this and somehow "lost" the paper that came with it so I didn't know if it had pictures or said anything about the grabber, and if it could move or not. I was just looking at it and thinking it would be nice if you could just pop off or pull out the grabber just a smidgen and rotate it, and then POOF that is EXACTLY what you can do! I was shocked, and now I love it even more!
