My husband loves this a lot!Even if he's running late to work he can get some coffee from this because it only takes about five minutes. He loves the good strong flavor he gets from this without having to use as much coffee. I like that it doesn't take up as much room on the counter that his coffee pot did, and it also free's up a power outlet. I think its great that its dishwasher safe too. Makes the whole process nice and easy.
