I really like how secure this whisk and handle feel. I don't worry about the handle just snapping and breaking off while I'm trying to use it, or the wire getting bent out of shape. I also like how easy to clean it is. I don't feel like I'm leaving a little bit in the middle like I did with traditional wire whisks.
