I think this is a nice mind and body work out that is easy to follow. This isn't one that is all about how fast you can move, or how much you can lift. It's about finding your focus, and paying attention to that actual moves that you are doing. I do think this is like other exercises in that you get out of it what you put into it. I think its a nice change of pace from the normal forms of working out. You do need to get your own bar from a hardware store, or you can just use a broom handle or something like that as well.
