Okay; So I got this scale to review, and I was so far beyond excited to get it.... I step on the scale just to see what info it gave me before trying to sync it to my phone. After what seemed like forever my weight pops up for just a quick moment before it goes to this bar-code looking screen. So I thought that I had to have it synced to my phone to get the results. I'm still really excited about the scale at this point....that is till I tried to sync my phone to it. I get out my book, and read to where it says to download the app. Okay no problem I can do that. The App tells me to push a button on the back of my scale to sync it to my phone... This is where the frustration starts. I push the only button on the back of my scale, but the only thing I see it doing is changing my scale back and forth from pounds to kilograms, and some dots popping up on my screen, but I think the company  made the app and the scale they know more than I do so I keep trying. I try holding the button for the full time my phone is scanning, and nothing, I try quick push and release... nothing... I try holding it for 10 seconds, then 30 seconds, and still nothing. Then I was like okay maybe I have bad signal for whatever reason so I move to a different spot in my house and yeah still nothing. If this wasn't for a review I wouldn't of spent as much time as I did trying to figure it out. I was getting really frustrated because I could see where it says sync, and I can see the image for the blue tooth icon, but can't figure out how to get them to light up or connect. I contacted the company and was told that this is just synced by the camera because it is a more cost effective model, but that the screen is used on more than one scale so thats why I can see the icons. Okay so not really happy with that answer, but figured I'd give it a go.  as I thought I was getting a scale that synced to my phone and help keep track of everything. So now that I know it's not as cool as I had hope I try to get my spirits back up about it and try again. I load my personal profile info in and step on the scale again for what seems like forever the weight pops up for a second I get the bar-code screen and try to take a picture. Yeah... I had a glare right across so it couldn't take it and the screen goes blank. I move the scale step on again wait, try to take the picture now its to dark it can't read it... I move the scale yet again...wait...finally get a picture to take for the app only to tell me my weight and say no other info available....Umm I saw that on the screen what do I need the app for? I've used the scale a few times since then, and it is hit or miss if I can get a picture or not, but all it tells me is if my weight went up or down so really whats the point... Also the corners of this scale as you can see are not rounded, and I will say HURT like no other and wake you up quick when you walk by it half asleep and stub your toe. All in all just a very bummed out experience.
