This is really easy to use. Obviously because of the size you can't cook a lot on it, but I think it's the perfect size if you're just cooking for 1 or 2 people. For more than 2 people you're going to have to cook in waves. I do think this is a great idea for people who live in an apartment that can't have a grill.
