I really love this travel pillow. I think it's great that you can have it as soft or as firm as you want. I also really like that it has a strap that goes over the back of the headrest so its not pinching around your neck, or falling off. I actually like having it on my seat all the time now just for some added neck support. I also like that you can deflate it and that comes with a travel bag. That will come in really handy when traveling since it can compact to small. Plus it has a clip that you can just hook it onto your main suitcase or even your belt loop.
