So I've been taking these for a few weeks now, and I can't say that I've noticed a lot of length added to my hair (keep in mind my hair is already down to middle/lower part of my back), but I have noticed that my hair feels healthier, and maybe a little more full, and when I put on my mascara that my eyelashes seem fuller, and longer. Now that might not seem like a big deal to some people, but I'm loving it because I've never really had anything close to long eyelashes.
